This food was made in an old-fashioned manner. The older ladies wanted to show off their corn tacos. By taking the corn and cutting the edges and peeling off the leaves. With running water, clean the leaves and corn. Cut the corn where only the middle remains. To grind the corn, use a blender or food processor. After that, mix in the flower and 2 sticks of butter. Put the corn leaves in the bowl masa and into a pot. Allow it to cook for 1 hour and 30-45 minutes. Toppings such as cheese, sour cream, and chili are optional.
